小型锥顶汽油罐蒸发损耗的实验测定
Experimental Determination on Gasoline Evaporation Loss from a Laboratory-Sized Cone-Roof Metal Tank
【摘要】 针对石油储运过程中存在着严重的蒸发损耗问题,建立一个小型锥顶金属罐蒸发损耗实验测试平台,用来测定70#气油的大、小呼吸蒸发损耗过程,涉及到温度场分布、浓度场(饱和度)分布、排气量、损耗量(率)等因素,获得了一些结论及数据,加深了油品蒸发损耗规律的认识。
【Abstract】 A test system of laboratory - sized cone - rcof metal storage tank is built up withreference to field opcration process. A series of profiles and empirical data of temperature ofgasoline, gas spacc, and tank wall, concentration and saturation level of oil vapar, and cmission losses rates from it are dctcrmined in the proccsses of gasoline working and breathing cvaporation loss.
