铸造用碱性酚醛树脂粘结剂的研制

【摘要】 合成了一种铸造用碱性酚醛树脂,对其物理性能进行了较系统的测试,并研究了以酯为硬化剂的磁性酚醛树脂自硬砂的固化性能。结果表明:硬化速度和抗压终强度等性能指标均可满足铸造生产要求。

【Abstract】 The amount of coupling agent, formaldehyde: phenol molarratio and an alkali:phenol molar ratio to influence the compressive strength of the resin have been analysed by orthogonal test abeut phenol - formaldehyde compound formoulation. An alkali phenol -formaldehyde resin for casting has been synthesied, the physical and curing with organic easter properties of the resin have been studied, the results show that both the compressive strength and speed of hardening satisfied that the demand of casting production.
