平面应力的弹塑性断裂窄带颈缩区模型
A Narrow Necking Model for Elastic-plastic Fracture under Plane Stress Condition
【摘要】 平面应力条件下,对低碳钢材料的弹塑性断裂提出了一个窄带颈缩区模型。利用颈缩区裂尖前缘的近似平面应变性质,求解带颈缩区的Dugdale模型及计入材料硬化性质的颈缩区尺寸,所得结果与经典的Dugdale模型、平面应力有限元模型及Dugdale损伤模型作了比较,结果表明,颈缩区模型是较好反映断裂现象,并给工程应用提供了一个理论基础。
【Abstract】 A narrow necking model for elastic plastic fracture in the ductile materials under plane strain condition is promped in this paper. Based on the approximately plane strain state in the necking sone ahead of the crack tip, size of the necking zone is solved for the Dugdale model with necking zone and considering hardening character of material. The results are compared with general Dugdale medel, plane strere finite element medel and Dudale darnage medel. The results show that the Narrow Necking Model is verified and provides theoretical basis for Engineering appllcations.
