硫氮碳共渗加氧化复合处理对4Cr5MoSiV1钢渗层组织与硬度分布的影响

【摘要】 对经硫氮碳共渗加氧化复合处理的4Cr5MoSiV1钢进行了金相显微分析和X射线衍射相结构分析,测定了渗层中沿层深方向的显微硬度分布。结果表明,渗层可分为3层。表层由氧化物、硫化物和氮(碳)化合物组成;第二层主要是氮(碳)化合物;第三层为扩散层。渗层相结构主要由Fe3O4、氮(碳)ε化合物、FeS及γ相构成。选择适当的工艺条件,可以获得表层硬度高达1200HV,沿层深方向硬度分布合理、脆性低的渗层。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with metallographic micro analysis and XRD phase composition analysis of 4Cr5MoSiV1 Steel which was treated by compound treatment method of S,N,C co diffusing and oxidizing,and determined microscopic hardness distribution along the direction of depth of the compound layer.The result shows that the composite layer can devide into three layers.The surface layer consists of oxide,sulphide and N,C compound.The second layer is chiefly N,C compound.The third layer is diffused layer.Phase composition of the composite layer is made of Fe 3O 4,ε phase(N,C compound),FeS and γ phase.Under suitable technological conditions,compound layer which surface hardness was raised to 1200HV,hardness distribution along the direction of depth of compound layer was more reasonable,and brittleness was low can be obtained.
