【摘要】 采用Ｆｅ－２８Ｍｎ－４Ｓｉ（加Ｍｇ）形状记忆合金热轧无缝管制成管接头，管接头内径平均变形量５．６％时，形状恢复率为３８．６８％，管接头与被接管连接后，具有高的连接强度及良好的密封性，在材料试验机上需１．７５ｔ的力才能将连接好的被接管一端拉出，并且管接头承受４ＭＰａ压力不泄漏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pipe joints made of the Fe 28Mn 4Si(adding Mg)shape memory alloy(SMA) seamless steel tube has been studied in this paper.When the inner radus of steel tube is expanded by 5.6%,the strain recovery ratio will be 38.68%,and this strain recovery ratio is enough for using as pipe joints.The pulling test and leakage test results show that the pipe joints have high joint strength and good leakproofness.更多还原
