W18Cr4V钢激光相变强化层的磨损试验研究

【摘要】 研究了W18Cr4V高速钢激光相变强化层的组织、耐磨性及磨损机理。试验结果表明:强化层的强韧化及其表面残余压应力的存在使其耐磨性提高了1~11倍;经640℃回火后强化层的硬度和韧性得到了进一步的改善,其耐磨性又提高了1~2倍。由磨面形貌分析可知强化层是以塑性变形引起的犁沟方式磨损的。

【Abstract】 The structure,wear resistance and wear mechanism of laser strengthened layer of W18Cr4V high speed steel were researched in this paper.Experimental results show that the strengthening and toughening effects and the residual compressive stress of the laser strengthened layer make the wear resistance increase by 1~11 times. Since the strength and the toughness of the layers tempered at 640℃ are improved further,the wear resistance is 1~2 times more than that of the untempered layers.The worn surface morphology analysis shows that the wear of laser strengthened layers follows the plough trenches way caused by plastic deformation.
