【Abstract】 Aneuploid related to centromere is very important to centromere mapping. In order to obtain these aneuploids, the progeny of Zhongxian 3037 primary trisomics were investigated both in morphology and cytology. A variant was found from the progeny of triplo1. Cytological study at premetaphase of mitosis and pachytene of meiosis verified that the variant had 25 chromosomes in somatic cell and the extrachromosome was a short arm of chromosome 1. So the variant is a telotrisomic of the short arm of chromosome 1 and named T1s.更多还原
