玉米对黄曲霉菌田间抗性遗传

【摘要】 采用7个自交系进行完全双列杂交,通过自交与回交获得F2及回交世代。授粉后21d于田间对亲本、F1、F2及回交各世代用刀划法接种黄曲霉菌(AspergilusflavusLink),收获时进行发病情况调查分析。结果表明:不同亲本对黄曲霉菌的田间抗性有显著差异;玉米对黄曲霉菌的田间抗性受多基因控制,既有基因的加性效应,又有显性效应。还对抗性的配合力进行了分析。

【Abstract】 7 lines of corn were crossed by means of complete diallel, selfing and backcrossing of F1 were done. The families of P1, P2, F1, F2 and BC were inoculated with Aspergillus flavus by knif after 21 days of pollination. After harvest, disease were investigated. The results show: there is significant difference of resistance to Aspergillus flavus in the field between the parents, also F1,F2 as well as BC families; The resistance is controlled by polygene, the additive and dominant effect of gene is found, the combinining ability of resistance was analysised.
