江苏小麦全蚀病菌生物学特性的初步研究

【摘要】 对江苏滨海、响水、灌云和盱眙等县5个菌株研究结果表明,小麦全蚀病菌(Gaeumannomycesgraminis)生长适温在20~25℃之间,30℃生长受到明显抑制,35℃停止生长;适宜生长的pH范围较广,在pH5~9的范围内生长良好,以pH7~8最适宜;淹水条件下对全蚀病菌生长有较强的抑制作用,当平均气温28℃以上(日最高温达37.5℃),受淹病菌即死亡;全蚀病菌对有机氮利用较铵态氮和硝态氮好;硫酸铵对全蚀病菌的抑制作用是由于高浓度和改变基质pH两方面的因素。不同来源菌株间在生长适温、pH及对淹水的反应存在明显差异

【Abstract】 The strains of Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici isolated from different counties of Jiangsu province were studied on the biological characteristics. The results showed that the range of optimum growth temperature for hyphae was 20 ̄25℃, the growth of hyphae was obviously inhibited at 30℃ and step completely at 35℃. The hyphae of G. graminis var. tritici grew well in the condition of pH5 ̄9, it grew best at pH7 ̄8. The growth of hyphae was violently inhibited in the condition of submergence, the hyphae died when the room mean temperature was above 28℃ (the highest temperature was 37.5℃) and submergence continued for 16 days. The strains of G. graminis var. tritici utilized organic nitrogen well than it utilized ammonium and nitrate nitrogen. Ammonium sulphate ((NH 4) 2SO 4) inhibited the growth of hyphae by the high concentration and change of pH value in medium. There were some differences among the strains from different counties on the optimum growth temperature, pH value and reaction to submergence of phyphae.
