动物源乳杆菌筛选及生物特性参数测定

【摘要】 根据益生素选择的关键指标,从健康动物肠道筛选到鸡源乳杆菌2株,猪源乳杆菌3株。其中嗜酸乳杆菌3株、唾液乳杆菌1株、短乳杆菌1株。5株乳杆菌均能耐受浓度为0.5%苯酚和0.8%~1.0%牛胆盐,对pH3.0有较强的抵抗性,此3项指标均优于保加利亚乳杆菌。其代谢产物对常见致病菌均有一定程度的抑制作用。这5株乳杆菌对小白鼠和1日龄雏鸡均无毒性作用。2株鸡源乳杆菌对雏鸡小肠粘膜上皮细胞有良好的粘附性

【Abstract】 According to key properties required by probiotics, two lactobacillus strains of chicken origin and three of pig origin were isolated and identified from animal intestine respectively. Of the five lactobacilli, one Lact. salivarius strain, one Lact. brevies strain, and the other three were Lact. acidophilus. All of the five Lactobacilli were tolerant to 0.8% ̄1.0% bile salts and 0.4% phenol, and resistant to pH3.0. The three properties of the five lactobacilli of animal origin were better than Lact. bulgaricus. The metabolite of the five lactobacillus strains exhibited antagonistic activity to some extent against common pathogenic bacteria. All isolates were non toxic to mice and one day old chickens. Both two lactobacilli of chicken origin demonstrated a good capacity of adherence to intestinal epithelial cells of chicken.
