【摘要】 根据益生素选择的关键指标，从健康动物肠道筛选到鸡源乳杆菌２株，猪源乳杆菌３株。其中嗜酸乳杆菌３株、唾液乳杆菌１株、短乳杆菌１株。５株乳杆菌均能耐受浓度为０．５％苯酚和０．８％～１．０％牛胆盐，对ｐＨ３．０有较强的抵抗性，此３项指标均优于保加利亚乳杆菌。其代谢产物对常见致病菌均有一定程度的抑制作用。这５株乳杆菌对小白鼠和１日龄雏鸡均无毒性作用。２株鸡源乳杆菌对雏鸡小肠粘膜上皮细胞有良好的粘附性更多还原

【Abstract】 According to key properties required by probiotics, two lactobacillus strains of chicken origin and three of pig origin were isolated and identified from animal intestine respectively. Of the five lactobacilli, one Lact. salivarius strain, one Lact. brevies strain, and the other three were Lact. acidophilus. All of the five Lactobacilli were tolerant to 0.8%￣1.0% bile salts and 0.4% phenol, and resistant to pH3.0. The three properties of the five lactobacilli of animal origin were better than Lact. bulgaricus. The metabolite of the five lactobacillus strains exhibited antagonistic activity to some extent against common pathogenic bacteria. All isolates were non toxic to mice and one day old chickens. Both two lactobacilli of chicken origin demonstrated a good capacity of adherence to intestinal epithelial cells of chicken.更多还原
