【摘要】 采集临床表现流鼻液、打喷嚏等慢性呼吸道疾病症状长毛兔的鼻液，临床剖检有可疑病肺灶，分别接种牛肝汤培养液。置３７℃恒温箱培养２４小时至４８小时，用培养物涂片，瑞氏染色，显微镜检查。经牛肝汤培养，共分离出兔肺炎霉形体３８株。按国际ＩＣＳＢ霉形体分类委员会建议的有关内容初步进行了鉴定。证明其是兔致病性的肺炎霉形体更多还原

【Abstract】 Respiratory secretions and lung samples with red infarcts were collected from rabbits with coryza.The samples were cultivated in beef liver infusion at 37℃ for 24 to 48 hours.After cultivation,38 mycoplasma strains were obtained.These isolates were identified according to the methods suggested by ICSB and proved to be pathogenic mycoplasma of rabbit pneumonia.更多还原
