柳树杂种木材基本密度的遗传变异
Genetic variation of wood basic density of willow hybrids
【摘要】 利用柳属和钻天柳属种间、属间杂交15个杂种39个杂交组合151个无性系材料,对木材基本密度的遗传变异情况进行了研究。结果表明,杂种间和无性系间,在木材基本密度上存在极显著(α=0.01)差异,其中属间杂种(旱柳×钻天柳)×旱柳平均木材基本密度达到0.488,显著(α=0.05)超过各杂种平均值;柳树杂种及无性系木材基本密度是受强遗传控制的,被研究群体的广义遗传力达到0.92~0.98,遗传变异系数为5.86%~9.13%;树高和胸径与木材基本密度遗传相关不明显,在该群体中可以选择出既生长迅速又具有较高木材密度的优良无性系;以10%的入选率在该群体中选择可以得到10.29%~15.45%的遗传增益
【Abstract】 It is reported that genetic variation of 151 clones which belong to 39 cross combinations of Salix and Chosenia 15 inter genus/species hybrids. The results show that the difference of wood basic density is obvious both among hybrids and clones (α=0 01), of which, the medium basic density of inter genus hybrid ( S. matsudana× Ch.arbutifolia)×S.matsdana is 0 488 g/cm 3 and much higher than other hybrids. The results also show that basic density of different hybrids or clones is a trait tight controlled genetically. The genetic determination of studied population is high up to 0 92~0 98 and the genetic variation coefficient is 5 86% to 9 13%, the genetic correlation among basic density and height, diameter is not significant. So it is possible to select some clones with both high density and rapid growing.If the selected persentage is 10%,the genetic gain would be 10 29% to 15 4%.
