【摘要】 本文介绍了企业集成的三层模型，即宏观集成层、中观集成层和微观集成层。宏观集成是以金融为中心的一群企业的集成；中观集成是以产品为中心的一群企业的集成；而微观集成则是以企业的内部行为为中心的单个企业内部各个部分间的集成。文中分别对这三层集成的概念、结构和方法学需求框架进行阐述，给出国外的典型实例，并对中国的企业集成问题提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author raise a three level model for enterprise integration which consists of the macro-integration level, micro-integration level, and midcro-integration level. A micro-integration is defined as that the integration happens internally in a single enter- prise, and is called as internal behaviour centred integration. A midcro-integration is deemed as that the integration happens among a cluster of enterprises which endeavour on producing and distributing a common family of product, and therefore it is called a productalliance centred integration. A macro-integration is considered as that the integration happens among a group of enterprises, and is finance-alliance and profit centred. The products in the group of enterprises are of great variances from enterprise to enterprise. Detail illustration on those three levels of integration are given. Further, a framework on methodology and infrastructure needs for supporting the midcro-integration is described.更多还原
