活化剂用量对悬浮体系电流变效应的影响
The Influence of the Amount of Activator on Electorheolical Effect of Suspension
【摘要】 本文以甲壳质为县浮颗粒、以硅油为分散介质、丙三醇为活化剂,制得悬浮液。并研究该悬浮体系的电流变效应及活化剂用量对悬浮体系的电流变效应的影响。实验结果表明,活化剂的最佳用量约为5wt%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the electrorheological suspension is prepared by using silucone oil as dis-persing medium, chitin as the dispersed particles and glycerin as activator. The electrorhe-ological effect of that suspension and the influence of the amount of activator is investigated.The experinental results show that, the optimum amount of the adsorbed glycerin is about5wt. %.
