低偏析高温合金
Low Segregation Superalloys
【摘要】 研究了微量元素对高温合金凝固偏析的影响,发现通过控制微量元素含量可减轻合金主元素的偏析,并据此开发了一系列高性能的低偏析铸造、定向和变形高温合金。低偏析铸造高温合金的使用温度可比普通同类合金高25℃;低偏析定向高温合金在无Hf的条件下,具有比同类定向合金更好的纵向和横向力学性能,纵向力学性能达到第一代单晶高温合金的水平,而且具有理想的工艺性能;低偏析变形高温合金的工艺性能明显改善。
【Abstract】 The effect of some minor elements on the solidification process of superalloys was studied. It was found that strict controlling the content of the minor elements can reduce the segregation of the main elements. Accordingly, a series of new superalloys with low segregation and excellent properties have been developed. The service temperature of the cast superalloys with low segregation is 25℃ higher than that of the commercial cast superalloys. The low segregation DS superalloys can match with the first generation single crystal superalloys. Higher starting forging temperature give rise of the improved technological properties of the low segregation wrought superalloys and lighter segregation makes it possible to enlarge the ingot size.
