固体渗碳碳势的探讨

【摘要】 用不含及含10%Na2CO3的粉末渗剂对不同厚度的低碳钢试样进行了固体渗碳。结果得出两种渗剂以活度表示的碳势ap均为1。根据实测的渗层含碳量用自行编制的软件计算了920℃渗碳的传质系统β,得出纯木炭粉β为050×10-4mm/s;含10%Na2CO3的粉末渗剂β为33×10-4mm/s。由此可以认为,固体渗碳剂的活性取决于β而与ap无关。

【Abstract】 In this paper,specimen with different thickness of low carbon steel was carburized in two solid carburizing media(pure carbon powder and 90% pure carbon powder +10%Na 2CO 3).It is found that the carbon potential,which is showed by activity, a p ,is equal to 1.According to the determined carbon content of carburized case we calculate the transfer coefficient β using our computer software.It shows that the β of pure carbon powder is 0 5×10 -4 mm/s and the β of 90% pure carbon powder+10% Na 2CO 3 is 3 3×10 -4 mm/s.It can be concluded that the vitality of solid carburizing media are determined by the transfer coefficient β and not by the carbon potential a p .
