【摘要】 目的和方法:为了探讨经络的实质,应用放射性磷,在30例病人的踝部行穴位注射疗法及自显影技术,以研究足三阴经络感传的物质基础.结果:在83.3%(25/30)的X光片中,均不同程度地出现放射性线状形象,其位置、形态等与古典足三阴的经络循行路线基本相符.结论:线状影象的出现,提示经络的循行径路位于皮下的软组织内,其物质基础主要与皮神经及其分支有关.更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the essence of channels and collaterals, 30 patients were given point injection therapy on their ankle with radioactive P, and the material basis of propagated sensation along the Sanyin Channels of Foot was studied by autoradiography. The results indicated that 83. 3% of the radiograms showed radioactive thread-shadows in different degrees. The location and shape of these shadows were generally consistent with these of the classical channels and collaterals of Sanyin Channel of Foot. The results revealed that the channels were subcutaneous soft-tissue, and that the material basis of the channels and collaterals was mainly related to the cutaneous nerves.更多还原
