【摘要】 用透射电镜观察了猫髓吻侧腹外侧区的超微结构,结果如下:神经元胞体多为中、小型呈圆形或梭形,外形较规则.胞核圆或椭圆形,核仁清楚.胞质中可见各种细胞器.神经毡的结构较复杂,其中有许多有髓神经纤维的断面,无髓纤维较多,较细成束分布.大部分胞体的外表面均可见以对称性突触为主的轴-体突触,轴-体突触约占该区内突触总数的5%,轴-树突触约占92%.偶见轴-轴突触,也可见连续性突触、嵴突触.突触小泡的类型有圆形清亮小泡、扁平小泡或圆形小泡和有致密核心小泡混合存在等.更多还原

【Abstract】 The fine structure of the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL) was observed by electromi-croscopy in 5 cats. The neurons were of small and medium size and spindle and round shape, with rich cytoplasm or cytoplasmic organelles. The contents of neuropie were very complex. There were many myelinated nerve fiber and unmyelinated nerve fibers. Most of the synapses in the RVL were axodendritic synapses (about 92%). Axosomatic, dendrodendritic, axoaxodendritic (serial synapses) and crest synapses were occasionally seen. The shape of synaptic vesicles were round, flattered, some contained dense core vesicles.更多还原
