狗心淋巴回流障碍时窦房结亚微结构及心电图改变
ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES OF SINOATRIAL NODE AND ECG AFTER LIGATION OF CARDIAC LYMPHATIC TRUNKS IN DOGS
【摘要】 对狗心淋巴回流障碍时窦房结亚微结构及ECG改变进行了研究.ECG显示:心率加快,S-T段抬高,T波方向改变和P-R间期延长.窦房结的明显变化是线粒体脱嵴呈空泡状,有时见多个线粒体空泡融合成大泡.心肌细胞膜断裂,肌原纤维排列紊乱,肌微丝断裂,溶酯体增多,但糖原颗粒减少.此变化可能与淋巴郁滞后结缔组织的反应性改变有关.结果为某些心脏疾病机理研究和治疗提供了参考.
【Abstract】 The ultrastructural changes of sinoatrial node and EGG were studied after ligation of cardiac lymphatic trunks in dogs. EGG showed that tachycardia occurred, T wave changed in direction, S-T segment heightened and P-R interval prolonged. Sinoatrial node is mainly made up of P cell and T cell. The most remarkable changes in P cells, T cells and myocardium cells were that their mitochondria lost cristae and became vacuolar. Sometimes, a few mitochondrial vacuoles formed a larger one. The myocardium cell membrane became interrupted, myofibril arranged out of order, and myofilament became fragmetated. Lysosomes increased but glycogen granules decreased. These chages were possiblely related to the changes of reactivity of nodal tissues after cardiac lymphostasis. The findings may be of reference value for pathogenetic study and the treatment of heart diseases.
