中枢神经组织毛细血管密度测量改良Elias法的比较研究

【摘要】 该文着重分析了最常用的Elias’体密度法的优缺点,并通过采用薄切片,减少血管弯曲、倾斜和分支发出深浅的影响;在高倍镜下直接测量血管的投影长度,按片厚借勾股定理计算其倾斜长度;单位体积毛细血管总长度为密度,改良了Elias法.同时,用改良法对一批大鼠大脑、中脑,人的胎儿、幼儿和猪的脊髓标本毛细血管密度进行了比较研究.结果表明,改良法比Elias法可操作性好,结果更稳定、准确.是一种实用可靠的组织毛细血管体密度测量的方法.

【Abstract】 The merits and demerits of Elias’ method were analysed. The method was modified by measuring directly projection length of the capillary, and calculating inclination length with Pythageras’ law and estimating the density of the capillary by the total length of the capillaries. The specimen of the brain and midbrain of rats and the spinal cords of babies and children and pigs were measured by the modified method and compared with those measured by Elias’ method. The results showed that the modified method was more practical and reliable than Elias’ method.
