【Abstract】 The effect of colchicine on the process of ovulation and luteinization in rabbit was observed by LM, TEM and Histochemistry. The results showed that colchicine inhibited HCG-induced ovulation completely with a dose of 2 mg/kg administered in vivo, and that it mainly inhibited the changes of vasculature and the degradation of collagen fibers at the top wall of preovulatory follicle with the luteinization of granulesa cells and the synthesis and secretion of progesterone unaffected.更多还原
