【摘要】 豚鼠16只,应用HRP逆行追踪法结合降钙素基因相关肽免疫细胞化学PAP法.对隐神经传入神经元节段定位进行了研究.结果:证实隐神经传入神经元标记的节段分布在同侧L3～5节段脊神经节内.该节段内约44.4%的HRP标记细胞呈降钙素基因相关肽样免疫反应阳性,提示这些传入神经元中含有降钙素基因相关肽递质.该实验为腰背痛研究提供了化学神经解剖学资料.更多还原

【Abstract】 The localization of afferent neurons and the cell size of saphenous nerves of 16 guinea pigs were studied by the method of retrograde of HRP combined with PAP immunocytochemical method. The HRP labelled neurons were seen in L3~5 segmental ganglions (SG). and calcitonin gene-related peptide-like immunoreactive neurons were also seen in L3-5 SG.
