中国大鲵垂体的显微与超微结构观察

【摘要】 为了探讨大鲵腺垂体在生殖活动中的作用,用光镜和电镜观察了大鲵产卵前不同时期垂体的显微和超微结构及其变化。大鲵腺垂体中间部很发达,远侧部内按细胞嗜色性可分为嗜碱区、嗜酸区和混合区。远侧部的GTH细胞内有直径为150~1100nm的小分泌颗粒和1.5~2.4μm的大型球状分泌颗粒。在8月份的GTH细胞中,由于大分泌颗粒的变形而出现一些不规则的团块,小分泌颗粒也有融合现象。从5月份到8月份间,LTH细胞数量显著增多,STH细胞、TSH细胞和ACTH细胞的数量和形态无变化。本文讨论了GTH细胞形态变化与功能之间的关系。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and ultrastructure of pituitary in Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus) and its changes in different time before ovulation were observed with light and electron microscope, for studing the function of the pituitary of this animal in the reproductive action. The pars intermedia of adenohypohysis was well developed and pars distalis was divided into basophilic, acidophilc and mixture zones according to cell′s chromatophilia. There was smaller granules, 150 1 100 nm in diameter and larger globules, 1 5 2 4μm in diameter in GTH cells of pars distalis. In August, it was seen that some larger irregular masses appear, which comes from deformed larger globules and some smaller granules fuse into larger ones in GTH cells. From May to August, the quantity of LTH cells increases remarkably, but the changes of shape and quantity of STH, TSH and ACTH cells was not found. The relations between function and structure of GTH cell were also discussed in this paper.
