躯体与内脏传入向鼠脊髓后连合核区的投射
VISCERAL AND SOMATIC AFFERENT CONVERGENCE ONTO DORSAL COMMISSURAL NUCLEUS IN THE SPINAL CORD OF RAT
【摘要】 用8只Wistar大白鼠,采用跨神经节溃变技术,辣根过氧化物酶和麦牙凝集素结合辣根过氧化物酶标记法,研究了膀胱(内脏)和坐骨神经(躯体)初级传入纤维向脊髓L6~S2节段后连合核区的投射。在同一只鼠切断右侧坐骨神经后向膀胱注入HRP或HRP和WGA-HRP溶液。膀胱传入投射见于L6~S2节段,以S1节段最为集中。传入纤维经内、外侧径路投射到后连合核区:内侧径路绕经后角Ⅰ层呈一细束投射至后连合核区;由密集的纤维组成的外侧径路进入Ⅴ、Ⅵ层并进而投射至后连合核区。坐骨神经损毁后28~42d,于手术侧后连合核区出现溃变纤维。本研究进一步从形态学上证明,躯体和内脏初级传入可能终止于脊髓L6~S2节段的后连合核区。
【Abstract】 Eight Wistar rats (160 220g) were used in the study.The projection of the primary afferent fiber from the blander(visceral) and sciatic nerve(somatic) to the dorsal comissural nucleus at segments L 6 S 2 of spinal cord was studied with both transganglionic degeneration and HRP tracing methods. HRP or HRP and WGA HRP was injected into the blander after sciatic nerve was injuried in same rat. The afferent projections from the blander were labeled from L 6 S 2 and they were concentrated in segment S 1. The medial collateral projection(MCP) thin fasciculus around the dorsal horn predominantly within lamina Ⅰ and extented into the dorsal comissural nucleus and formed endings. The more prominent lateral collateral projection (LCP) extended into Laminae Ⅴand Ⅵand continued into same nucleus.Transganglionic degeneration fibers from primary afferent neurons of sciatic nerve were found in the dorsal commissural nucleus after 28 42 days following transection of the sciatic nerve. The present study verified further morphologically that the visceral and somatic afferent project end in the dorsal commissural nucleus in the segment L 6 S 2 of spinal cord of rat.
