【摘要】 采用自身对照开放试验方法，观察了苯那普利对３８例原发性高血压患者的治疗效果及对左室舒张功能的影响。药物用量为１０ｍｇ，每日１次，共６周。显效３０例（７８．９４％），有效５例（１３．１５％），总有效率为９２．１％。经６周治疗后，收缩压及舒张压分别平均下降了４．０３ｋＰａ及２．４５ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。其中２６例治疗前后作超声多普勒检查，显示治疗后心脏负荷明显下降，左室肥厚减轻，舒张功能得以改善。表明苯那普利不但具有满意的降压效果，而且能明显改善左室舒张功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of benazepril on 38 patients with primary hypertension and its influence on their left ventricular diastolic function was investigated by open selfcontrolled trial. All patients were given benazepril 10mg daily for six weeks. The results revealed that benazepril was very effective in 30 cases(78.94%) and effective in 5(13.15%), total response rate was 92.1%. The average decrease of systolic and diastolic pressure was 4.03/2.45 kPa respectively(P<0.01) after the therapeutic regimen. In addition, as detected by color Doppler Echocardiography, 26 cases demonstrated reduced cardiac load, alleviated left ventricular hypertrophy and improved diastolic function. These results implied that benazepril is not only satisfactory for lowering blood pressure but is also very good for improving left ventricular diastolic function.更多还原
