【摘要】 采用变态反应与ＥＬＩＳＡ同时对奶牛结核病进行检测，并以剖检和细菌学分离进行验证。结果表明：变态反应和ＥＬＩＳＡ对奶牛结核的检出率分别为１．３％和０．３７％，变态反应阳性并不能全包括ＥＬＩＳＡ阳性。变态反应与剖检及细菌学检查的符合率分别为１８．８％和７．２％；而ＥＬＩＳＡ与剖检及细菌学检查的符合率分别为６６．６％和５５．５％。ＥＬＩＳＡ检测具有较好的特异性更多还原
