乙草胺在玉米上的残留动态研究

【摘要】 用高效液相色谱法测定了乙草胺在玉米田土壤中的残留动态及其在玉米籽粒中的残留量,并建立了乙草胺在土壤和玉米粒中的前处理方法.结果表明,乙草胺在不同土壤和气候环境下消解速度差异较大.在本试验用量下,收获期土壤及玉米籽粒中均未检出乙草胺,证明其在玉米田应用安全.

【Abstract】 The residual dynamics and residue of acetochlor in maize field soil and seed were determined with HPLC method, The pre-treatment method of acetochlor in maize field soil and seed were established. The results showed that under the condition different from soil and climate, The degration of acetochlor was varied large. The half life was 13 days in Jilin, and that 9. 0 days in Shandong. Application reae form 3.0 - 6.0 L/hm2, The final residue of acetochlor in soil and maize at harvest was less than 0.004 mg/kg and 0.008 mg/kg, respectively.
