不同供磷水平对人参干物质积累及磷素吸收利用的影响

【摘要】 利用示踪技术和生物化学方法,研究了不同供磷水平对人参干物质积累及生理效应的影响.试验结果表明,不同处理的参株对磷素均能吸收利用,且参株含磷量随施肥量而逐渐增高;适量施磷能加强光合作用,增加多株干物质积累,增强光合环中主要调节酶果糖-1,6-双磷酸酯酶(FDP酶)的活性.

【Abstract】 It was studied that level of phosphate affect accumulation of dry material in Ginseng and physiological effect by trace technology and biochemical methods. The results showed that phosthate element was absorbed and availed in Gingseng, and the content of phosphate in Ginseng was growing with high level phosphate. Photosynthesis and accumulation of dry mateial were improved by optimum level of phosphate. The main effect were that phosphate element regulated activity of regulatory enzyme of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate esterase (FDP).
