【摘要】 采用３类１３种二液型快固胶粘剂，对桦木板材进行了胶合试验．试验结果表明，在一个胶合面上涂第１液，涂胶量９０ｇ／ｍ２，在另一个胶合面上涂第２液，涂胶量４５ｇ／ｍ２，把２块板材的涂胶面密合，用０．５ＭＰａ的压力加压４ｍｉｎ，解压后按日本工业标准Ｋ６８５２胶粘剂的压缩剪断胶合强度试验方法，检验初始、常态、耐水、耐热压缩剪断胶合强度和凝胶时间，符合标准规定．更多还原

【Abstract】 Using 13 kinds of classⅢ two liquid setting adhesive the boards of birch were glued.The results shows that one gluing surface was spreaded with the first liquid of 90g/m 2 and the other gluing surface was spreaded with the second liquid of 45g/m 2,then the two gluing surface were pressed under the pressure of 0.5MPa for 4 minutes,the products were checked by the standard of JISK 6852.The results showed the compressive shearing gluing intensity under the condition of original,normal state and antiwater,heat proof,and gelation time comform the requirment of the standard.更多还原
