【摘要】 选择南方地区某部队进行为期5d的膳食调查。结果表明:食物构成中以植物性食品(谷类、豆类、蔬菜类、水果类)为主,占87.6％;动物性食品(肉类、鱼类、蛋类)只占12.4％;Vit A、Vit B1、Vit B2、及Ca的摄取量低于膳食营养素供给量标准;膳食中动物蛋白质的来源占28.3％;膳食中Fe的来源大部分为非血红素铁,血红素铁只占28.8％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 5-day dietary survey was paerformed in an army unit in a tropical area. The result showed that the plant foods, composed mainly of cereals,beans, vegetables and fruits,amounted to 87.6% (the animal foods only amounted to 12. 4%. The intake of Vit A ,Vit B1,Vit B2 and Ca was below the recommeneded dietary allowance.The animal protein amounted to 28. 3% and heme iron to 28. 8%.更多还原
