入射照明光束方向改变时散斑图样的变化

【摘要】 对自由空间的夫琅和费散斑和成像系统中的像面散斑的变化进行了计算和分析，得出了相应的结论

【Abstract】 With the change of the incidence angle of the illuminating light, the speckle pattern on the observation plane is changed. In this paper, the influence of the incidence angle on the free space Fraunhofer speckle and the image speckle is analysed in detail.
