【Abstract】 The value of APACHE Ⅱ and APACHE Ⅲ scoring system of acute pancreatitis for 80 cases were calculated. The attacks were graded mild group (46) and severe group (34). The result indicated that APACHE Ⅱ scores and APACHE Ⅲ scores were available at the time of admission. They correctly predicated the outcome of acute pancreatitis in severe attacks for above 80%. The APACHE scores may facilitate rapid selection of the patients for intensive therapy or for clinical trials.更多还原
