【摘要】 目的：观察次枸橼酸铋治疗幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）相关性胃炎的效果。方法：采用次枸橼酸铋佐以抗生素三联（Ａ组）、二联（Ｂ组）和单药（Ｃ组）的方法治疗ＨＰ阳性慢性胃炎９６例。结果：近期症状好转和ＨＰ阴转，Ａ、Ｂ组优于Ｃ组（Ｐ＜００５），但Ａ、Ｂ组之间无明显差异；远期症状复发和ＨＰ再转阳，三组之间无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：对临床症状较重、胃镜下示胃粘膜损害明显伴ＨＰ阳性的患者采用次枸橼酸铋佐以一种抗生素治疗，效果明显，副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with chronic gastritis (HP positive) received treatment of bismuth subcitrate plus three antibiotics (Group A), bismuth subcitrate plus two antibiotics (Group B) and single bismuth subcitrate (Group C). The short-term symptom improvement and HP negative change in group A and B was much better than that in group C (P<0 05) , but no significant difference between group A and B. Long-term recurrence and HP positive change were not different among the three groups (P>0 05) . It is concluded that bismuth subcitrate combined with antibiotics is an efficient therapy to patient of gastritis with severe gastric mucosa damage and HP positive.更多还原
