【摘要】 出血副反应是影响宫内节育器(IUD)使用的最大弱点,本研究应用前瞻、随机对比的研究方法,以评价含药宫铜IUD对月经出血类型的影响。实验组为含消炎痛50mg宫铜IUD(含铜300mm~2),对照组为宫铜IUD(含铜300mm~2)。两种IUD的临床使用效果经生命表法统计,含药宫铜IUD与宫铜IUD使用一年续用率分别为每百妇女98.03和97.95。阴道出血情况采用月经出血模型分析,结果表明在各90天的参考时限中出血/滴血总天数、最大出血/滴血段长以及出血/滴血平均段长,含药宫铜IUD均小于宫铜IUD,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。研究结果提示含药宫铜IUD为一安全、高效并可减低含铜IUD对月经出血类型影响的新型活性IUD,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinic effect of Medicated Uterine Shaped IUD reducing bleeding. Design:Prospective and randomized comparative study. Setting: Liyang county in Jiangsu Province. Subjects: Parous women. Method: Life - table method and the analysis of Menstrual diaries. Result: The 12 months continuation rate of both IUDs were 98.03 and 97.95 per 100 women respectively. The total days of bleeding/spotting, the maximum of bleeding/spotting episode length and the mean of bleeding/spotting episode length in each 90 - day reference period, all of these measurement of the Medicated Uterine Shaped Cu IUD (with indomethacin) were less than those of Uterine Shaped Cu IUD and the differences were significant. Conclusion: Findings of the study suggested that Medicated Uterine Shaped Cu IUD was safe, effective and reduced the days of bleeding.更多还原
