【摘要】 148例10～16周妊娠妇女,按随机表分为A、B、C三组。A组:米非司酮配伍卡孕栓;B组:丙酸睾丸酮配伍卡孕栓;C组:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇。结果:米非司酮配伍卡孕栓组终止妊娠成功率为100％,平均引流产时间为7.78±1.02h;丙酸睾丸酮配伍卡孕栓终止妊娠成功率为89.8％,平均引流产时间为10.69±0.81b;两组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。卡孕栓用量,A组平均3.63±0.19mg,B组平均4.49±0.13mg,两组之间差异非常显著(P<0.01)。米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠成功率为88％,和A组相比差异显著(P<0.05),平均引流产时间为9.64±1.89h,与A、B两组相比无显著差异。结论:米非司酮配伍卡孕栓用于终止10～16周妊娠效果明显优于其它两组,可为终止此期妊娠的较理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To find a convenient,effective and safe medical method for termination of pregnancy of 10～16weeks gestation, 148 women with mid term preg-nancies were randomly divided into 3 groups (A,Band C). Group A(n=49): Mifepristone 200 mg wastaken in divided doses in two days,and PG05 1 mgwas given vaginally every 2 hours for a maximum of5 mg on the 3rd day. Group B(n=49):Testosteronepropionate 300 mg was given intramuscularly inthree days,and PG05 1 mg vaginally every 2 hoursfor a maximum of 5mg on the 3rd or 4th day. GroupC (n=50): Mifepristone 200 mg was taken in twodays, and Misoprostol 600 pg, every 3 hours for amaximum of 1 800 μg on the 3rd day. In group A,the success rate of complete abortion and the aver-age time for abortion were 100% and 7. 78±1. 02hrrespectively compared with those of 89. 8% and 10.69±0. 81hr. in group B (P<0. 05). The averagedose of PG05 was 3. 63 ±0. 19 mg in group A and4. 49±0. 13 mg in group B(P<0. 01). The successrate of complete abortion and the average time forabortio were 88% in group C, which is obviously lower than that of group A(P<0. 05). But the aver-age time for abortion in group C,which was 9. 64±1. 89hr, had no significant difference as comparedwith that of group A and group B. Our study indi-cated that Mifepristone in combination with PG05 ismore effective than the other combinations fOr ter-mination of pregnancy of 10～16 weeks gestationand the side effect is minimal,it is considered as agood medical method for abortion.更多还原
