【摘要】 本文通过动物实验和临床研究,证明了三地固冲汤对节育手术并发子宫异常出血有较好疗效,并探讨了其作用机理。临床研究表现本药能改善节育手术并发子宫异常出血的临床症状与体征,其临床有效率与对照组比较,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)。动物实验结果表明:(1)三地固冲汤能明显缩短小鼠出、凝血时间。(2)三地固冲汤对具有正常兴奋性的离体大鼠子宫平滑肌具有抑制作用。(3)三地固冲汤对已受抑制的离体子宫平滑肌具有兴奋作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this article is to show that Sandigucon Decoction had good curative effects on abnormal uterine bleeding caused by melaced abortion, medical abortion and IUD insertion, and discussed the therapeatic machanism of Sandigucon Decoction. In the clinical research, 120 patients were divided into group A (after melaced abortion ), group B (after medical abortion ) and group C ( after IUD insertion). Each group consisted of 40 patients. Every group was subdivided into a study group and a control group. The clinical results showed: Sandigucon Decoction could improve symptoms and signs, the effective rate of study group A was 90%, the rate of control group A was 60% (P<0. 01); the effective rate of study group B was 85%, the rate of control group B was 55% (P < 0. 05); the effective rate of study group C was 80% , the rate of control group C was 60%(P<0. 05). (3) Sandigucon Decoction stimulated the contractive of suppressed uterine muscle of mice.
