磨削GH4169高温合金时砂轮表面的粘附与磨削比的研究
Research on the Loading onto the Wheel surface and the Grinding Ratio when Grinding GH4169 Superalloy
【摘要】 本文借助扫描电子显微镜，观察和分析了用WA46KV和SA46KV砂轮磨削GH4169高温合金时砂轮表面的粘附现象；研究了WA46KV和SA46KV砂轮磨削GH4169高温合金时磨削参数对磨削比的影响规律。得出了磨削GH4169高温合金时磨削比低的主要原因是砂轮粘附所引起的重要结论。
【Abstract】 The adhesion phenomenon of WA46KV wheel and SA46KV wheel surfacehave been studied by means of SEM observation. The influence rules of grinding parameters ongrinding ratio of superalloy GH4169 have been studied using WA46KV wheel and SA46KVwheel. The important conclusion that the adhesion phenomenon of wheel surface may be the maincause of lower grinding ratio has been obtained.
