小孔激光焊接熔池形状的实验和模拟分析
Experiments and modelling for weld shape in keyhole laser welding
【摘要】 对低碳钢进行激光焊接后,发现焊缝熔深存在着30Hz~40Hz的低频振荡。同时在仅考虑小孔壁对激光的吸收和工件的热传导的条件下,利用这种简化后的能量平衡模型所得的熔池温度分布解析解对熔池形状进行模拟,模拟的熔池形状与实验结果基本吻合。
【Abstract】 In this paper,it is found that there existed a little fluctuation in the weld depth at the frequency of 30~40Hz,when a mild steel had been welding by a laser beam.The laser welding is a very complex procedure,including absorption of the light energy,generation of plasma,heat conduction,et cetera.So we consider a relative simple model to simulate the laser energy Fresnel absorption of the keyhole wall and stationery temperature field of the melting cell,based on the heat conduction of the workpiece.Finally,the analytical solution can be achieved and the simulations are consistent with experimental results.
