红外透射材料ZnS
Infrared Transmissing Material ZnS
【摘要】 比较了长波(8~12μm)红外透射材料的性能,ZnS是较好的长波窗口和头罩材料,描述了ZnS的三种不同制备的工艺,同时对三种工艺获得的ZnS的光学、力学和热性能进行了分析和比较,作为多波段应用多光谱ZnS是唯一的材料,而对高速飞行器上的窗口和头罩应用CVDZnS则是比较好的材料。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the properties of the infrared material transmissing long wave (8~12μm)have been compared,ZnS is excellent windows and dome material used for long wave three kinds of technique to produce ZnS have been described. The material’s properties of optical, mechanical and thermal which produced with three kinds of technique have been analyzed and compared. Multispectral ZnS in the unique material applied for multiband.CVD ZnS is execellent material applied for high speed aircraft’s windows and dome.
