【摘要】 本文通过１９９６年江苏省ＨＦＲＳ监测并结合往年监测资料分析了影响疫情升降的因素，认为带毒鼠指数是一项重要的有意义的指标，而野外住宿的减少、农村住房条件的改善对疫情下降也起了一定作用。作者认为在目前条件下，出血热防制仍应以灭鼠为主，疫苗免疫接种只能作为高发区的辅助措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The factors which influence the epidemic status were analysised on the base of the surveillance data of HFRS in Jiangsu province 1996.It was suggested that the index of virus carring rats was of the most important indicator.And both the decrease of field accommodation and improvement of living condition in rural area made the epidemic status decrease in some degree as well.The authors suggested that at the present condition,exterminating rat still was the major measure in the control of HFRS,vaccination was only the supplementary measure in the risk area.更多还原
