搅拌槽内的总体泵送能力系数

【摘要】 通过激光多谱勒测速仪对搅拌槽内三维流场的测量,定义了具有三维意义上的总体泵送能力系数,并提出了由切向速度定义的泵送能力系数的概念,这些量较初始泵送能力系数和循环流量更能真正反映搅拌槽内的流动和混合。

【Abstract】 Pumping capacity of flow generated by impeller stirring in a baffled tank was analyzed,and some mistakes on which were pointed out.Three dimensional total pumping capacity was defined and measured by Laser Doppler Anemometer,and the tangent pumping capacity studied little was also defined,which should be more be more accurate for agitators design.For the Disc Turbine,when the clearance was T/3,the axial total pumping capacity or radial total pumping capacity was about 1.9;when the clearance was T/2,the axial total pumping capacity or radia[WT10.,9.75]l pumping capacity was about 2.3.The tangent pumping capacity was 0.55 in two kinds of clearance.Such conceptions were easily extended to other typical impellers.
