【摘要】 土洋参各层次叶片间保卫细胞大小及叶绿体数目差异显著．保卫细胞及其叶绿体随叶片发育而发育，均可分为幼、成、老３时期：顶叶叶片小，保卫细胞较小，保卫细胞中叶绿体较少；中部叶较大，保卫细胞较大，叶绿体较多；基部叶衰老萎缩，保卫细胞及叶绿体数略减．保卫细胞越大，叶绿体越多，但叶绿体数目与保卫细胞大小间相关性不显著．保卫细胞及其叶绿体发育均具不同步性．同一气孔成对保卫细胞间叶绿体数目差异不显著更多还原

【Abstract】 The size of guard cells and the number of chloroplasts in different ranks of Talinum paniculatum leaves are greatly diffrent. The development of the guard cell and chloroplast is in good line with the leaf development,and can be divided into three stages:the initial,mature and senescient stages.The tender top leaves are relatively small and have smaller guard cells and fewer chloroplasts;the mature rank of leaves are bigger than the top leaves and have bigger guard cells and more chloroplasts;in the senescient leaves the guard cells are slightly smaller than those in the mature leaves and so is the number of the chloroplasts.It is clear that the bigger the guard cells ,the greater number of chloroplasts is.However,there is no marked corelation between the number of chloroplasts and the size of guard cells.The guard cells in a leaf do not develop synchronously.The difference between the number of chloroplasts in a pair of guard cells in a stoma is not eminent.更多还原
