【摘要】 利用原子吸收光谱法对马边大风顶自然保护区大熊猫二主食竹种的Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ，Ｍｎ，Ｆｅ，Ｋ，Ｃａ，Ｍｇ等微量元素进行了测定．结果表明，大叶筇竹（Ｑｉｏｎｇｚｈｕｅａｍａｃｒｏｐｈｙｌａ）的叶和笋中的微量元素含量较秆中为高，而白背玉山竹（Ｙｕｓｈａｎｉａｇｌａｕｃａ）中，除Ｃａ外，其余６种元素仍以叶和笋中较高．除白背玉山竹的某些部位的Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ，Ｋ含量比相应的大叶筇竹稍高外，其它元素含量均较大叶筇竹低．此外，两种竹子的微量元素还随季节和年龄的变化有所差异．更多还原

【Abstract】 With the atomic absorption method, the paper has determined 7 kinds of trace elements (Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,K,Ca,Mg)in two species of bamboos( Qiongzhuea macrohpylla and Yushania glauca )which are favorite food of giant pandas in Mabian Dafengding Natural Reserve.The results indicate that the trace element content in the leaves and shoots of Qiongzhuea macrophylla is higher than that in the stems.The content of all the trace element but Cu in the Yushania glaucas leaves and shoots are higher than that in the stems.Except Fe,Mn and K,the content of other elements in some parts of the Yushania glauca is lower than the corresponding parts in the Qiongzheu macrophylla .In both species of bamboos, the trace element content varies with the season and age.更多还原
