用无水乙醇作溶剂测定水和废水中的氰化物
The Determination of Cyanide in Water and Waste Water Used Ethanol as Solven.
【摘要】 本文用乙醇代替二甲基甲酰胺作溶剂溶解吡唑酮,在pH70的溶液中比色定量测定氰化物。氰化物在0~1μg/25ml符合比尔定律。在630nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε=80×104。6次标准曲线相关系数为09996~099992。若按取样250ml蒸馏测定,方法的检测下限为00006mg/L。平均回收率953%,相对标准偏差为08~60%。其显色反应的选择性、稳定性、重现性均较好。显色液较稳定、易保存、无毒性。
【Abstract】 We dissolved C 3H 4ON 2 used ethanol replaces C 3H 8O,determined cyanide in solution (pH=7)by guantitative colorimetric analysis,cyanide tally with Bill Law among 0~1μg/25ml,in 630 nm,Mor absorption coefficient:ε=8 0×10 4,standard curve γ=0 9996~0 9999,(6 times).We determined sample 250ml by distillation,measure limit:0 0006mg/L,average regain rate 95 3%,standard deviation 0 8~6 0%,selectivity stability and reappearance ofapparent color reaction is better.Apparent color solution is stable,easyreserved and notoxicity.
