超滤法连续分离转移因子及核糖核酸的研究
Study on Continued Separation of Transfer factor and Ribonucleic Acid With the Method of Ultro-factoriltration
【摘要】 报道了采用超滤法从动物脾脏组织中连续分离转移因子(TF)及核糖核酸(RNA)的实验研究.结果表明超滤技术的应用,能显著缩短工艺流程,简化设备和降低能耗,特别是首次提出的连续分离方法较传统生产工艺还可使产品收率提高,更适合大规模生产.
【Abstract】 This paper reports the study on continued separation of transfer factor (TF) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) from the animal spleen tissue with the method of ultro filtration(UF). The result shows that applying the technique to practice can shorten the process of production and reduce the investment in power and equipments.By adopting this method which has been brought forward for the first time, the production has increased considerably. It is more appropriate for industrial production on a large scale than the traditional technique.
