墨汁鬼伞多糖测定及提取工艺研究
Study on the Determination and Extraction Technology of Cooprinus Atramentarius Fr’s Polysaccharide
【摘要】 用蒽酮浓硫酸法测定了墨汁鬼伞多糖,探索出墨汁鬼伞多糖的最佳提取工艺:浸提比1:15,沸水浴提取1.5小时。
【Abstract】 Determining polysaccharide content of Cooprinus atramentarius Fr. by anthrone-colorimetic method. We try to find out a good extractiontechnology of polysaccharide: proportion of fungus powder and water is l:15,the time extraction is 1.5 hours in 100℃ .
