【摘要】 从施用过彩色豆马勃菌剂林地采集的彩色豆马勃的子实体中分离到２株外生菌根菌ＬＨ１和ＬＨ２。经回接试验，能在松树幼苗根上形成典型的外生菌根，且促生作用明显。在ＭＭＮ培养基上，ＬＨ１生长较快，ＬＨ２生长较慢，在ＰＤＡ培养基上均生长较快。ＬＨ１菌落灰白、绒状隆起；ＬＨ２菌落黄褐色、绒毛状突起。２菌均产生褐色素。２菌最适生长温度为２８℃，最适生长ｐＨ为６，最佳碳源是葡萄糖，最佳氮源是ＫＮＯ３。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two ectomycorrhizal strains of fungi, LH 1 and LH 2, were isolated from fruiting body of Piolithus tinctorius . The biological characteristics of the strains were studied. The colony of LH 1 was greyishwhite with fast growth rate and the colony of LH 2 was yellowishbrown with slow growth rate. Both LH 1 and LH 2 produced pigment of deep brown colour. The optimum temprature and pH for culturing the strains were 28℃ and 6.0. The optimum sources of carbon and nitrogen were glucose and KNO 3, respectively. When the seedling of masson pine and slash pine were inoculated with LH 1 and LH 2, the ectomycorrhiza formed on the root system of them and the growth rate of seedling was significantly increased.更多还原
