2株外生菌根菌的生物学特性和接种效果的研究
A STUDY ON BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ECTOMYCORRHIZAL FUNGI LH 1 AND LH 2
【摘要】 从施用过彩色豆马勃菌剂林地采集的彩色豆马勃的子实体中分离到2株外生菌根菌LH1和LH2。经回接试验,能在松树幼苗根上形成典型的外生菌根,且促生作用明显。在MMN培养基上,LH1生长较快,LH2生长较慢,在PDA培养基上均生长较快。LH1菌落灰白、绒状隆起;LH2菌落黄褐色、绒毛状突起。2菌均产生褐色素。2菌最适生长温度为28℃,最适生长pH为6,最佳碳源是葡萄糖,最佳氮源是KNO3。
【Abstract】 Two ectomycorrhizal strains of fungi, LH 1 and LH 2, were isolated from fruiting body of Piolithus tinctorius . The biological characteristics of the strains were studied. The colony of LH 1 was greyishwhite with fast growth rate and the colony of LH 2 was yellowishbrown with slow growth rate. Both LH 1 and LH 2 produced pigment of deep brown colour. The optimum temprature and pH for culturing the strains were 28℃ and 6.0. The optimum sources of carbon and nitrogen were glucose and KNO 3, respectively. When the seedling of masson pine and slash pine were inoculated with LH 1 and LH 2, the ectomycorrhiza formed on the root system of them and the growth rate of seedling was significantly increased.
