钝体回流区二次风掺混实验研究

【摘要】 针对装有钝体燃烧器的燃煤粉锅炉,就其二次风对一次风喷口内回流区的掺混影响进行了一系列冷态实验研究.结果表明,二次风对回流区的影响主要表现在:限制了大空间卷吸进来的质量,加强了一次风内回流作用,使一次风主流轴线向内弯曲,使回流区缩短,同时对回流区尾部产生一定的掺混影响.这些影响的强弱程度与喷口间的相对距离和二次风的流速有关.研究结果将对实际煤粉锅炉一、二次风喷口距离和一次风量的选择有一定参考价值.

【Abstract】 For boilers with a bluff body and wherein pulverized coal is burnt, a series of cold tests have been carried out to experimentally investigate the effect of secondary air flow mixing on the recirculation zone around the spouts of the primary air. The results show that the secondary air flow intensifies the internal inverse flow of the primary air due to the restriction of entrainment of the air from the larger space into the recirculation zone. Eventually the main flow axis of the primary air is distorted inward, and the recirculation zone is shortened. Meanwhile, the mixing in the wake of the zone is affected. The effect may be strong or weak, its degree dependent on the relative distance between the primary and secondary spouts and the flow velocity of the secondary air.
