喷流引射器对引射式气动窗口性能的影响
The Effects of the Jet Injector on the Performance of a Jet Injecting Type Aerodynamic Window
【摘要】 提出了的一种纵向喷流气动窗口——引射式气动窗口(JIAW).研究了不同引射器结构尺寸下该气动窗口密封性能及输出光束质量,其中气动窗口光学性能采用一体化的定量测试设备——Hartman激光光束诊断仪测试分析.实验表明,增加引射喷管喉道面积及混合室长度将有助于降低密封压力比和提高密封压力比的稳定性.不同的引射喷管喉道面积和混合室长度的气动窗口均能给出优良的光束质量
【Abstract】 The jet injecting aerodynamic window is a new type of aerodynamic window recently developed in the authors laboratory. An experimental study of the sealing performance and optic quality of the beam output for various sizes of the jet injector has been carried out. The optic behavior is measured with the Hartmann diagnostic apparatus, which can provide several parameters such as the peak to valley ratio and the rootmean square value of the wavefront, the Strehl intensity ratio, et al. Experimental results show that, under identical conditions, by increasing the throat area of the jet injector, the operating pressure ratio or the sealing cavity pressure against the ambient pressure can be reduced and, by increasing the length of the mixing cavity, although only little influence is exerted on the operating pressure ratio, the stability of the operating pressure ratio is improved. It is also shown that, with different throat areas and lengths of the mixing cavity, the window provides good beam quality in all cases.
