滚珠丝杠横截面惯性矩的精确求解
The Precise Solution for the Moment of Inertia of a Ballscrews Cross Section
【摘要】 建立了滚珠丝杠的螺旋面方程及横截面方程,提出一种精确计算滚珠丝杠横截面惯性矩的数值积分法,计算结果表明,传统的简化方法将造成20%以上的计算误差.还根据精确计算方法所得的结果,给出了一个精确计算滚珠丝杠横截面惯性矩的经验公式
【Abstract】 The equations for the helicoid and cross section of a ballscrew are worked out and a numerical integral method for the computation of the moment of inertia of the cross section is proposed. It is shown by calculated results that the calculation errors by the traditional simplified method is around 20 %. According to the results obtained with the accurate method developed by the authors, an empirical formula is given after fitting with the least square method.
